  • As president of the Carriage Place Homeowners Association and Vice President of the Meadow Creek Homeowners Association ( Colorado ) I restructured the budget and created a 20 year reserve plan to pay for capital improvements.
  • If elected I will work to reinstate a measured growth cap ordinance; this is a policy in the Land Use Element of the General Plan but has not been implemented by the current City Council.
  • If elected I will work to provide more communication and accountability between citizens and city government.
  • I will work on ways to preserve our available resources of water, air, agricultural land, energy AND money by conservation and responsible, smart growth.
